Decision to Publish Two Issues Annually
As a result of the editorial board's decision, it has been resolved that the journal will be published biannually. The publication dates are scheduled for May 19 and November 10.
Plagiarism Policy
The similarity rate of the submitted manuscript must be 15% or lower. The similarity report should be obtained from http://www.ithenticate.com. If the work is derived from a "Thesis (Master's/Doctoral)", this must be stated in the Title Page Form. Additionally, if the work is an extended version of a "paper presented at a conference", this should also be mentioned in the Title Page Form.
