The similarity rate of the submitted manuscript must be 15% or lower. The similarity report should be obtained from http://www.ithenticate.com. If the work is derived from a "Thesis (Master's/Doctoral)", this must be stated in the Title Page Form. Additionally, if the work is an extended version of a "paper presented at a conference", this should also be mentioned in the Title Page Form.
